This flush adapter is engineered for 1/2-inch drywall and installs with standard tape, mud, and paint steps; use the 1/8-inch shim pack for 5/8-inch board. An integrated depth-calibration mechanism ensures the iPad seats perfectly after finishing. Power is handled cleanly in-wall via the included PoE-to-USB converter: connect an IEEE 802.3at PoE+ source over CAT5/6 with RJ45 (up to 25.5 W), route the supplied USB-C to the tablet, and the mount remains silent and serviceable.
