Removable Flush Mount Air Return Vent, 20" x 30 (Drywall Opening)

A large-format return that disappears so the architecture takes center stage. Envisivent’s removable, mud-in air return finishes perfectly flush and reads as two calm rows of slender horizontal slots—no visible screws, no plastic bulk, just clean, contemporary lines at scale. The magnetic, paint-ready face lifts away for effortless access and optional behind-cover filtration, delivering quiet luxury without compromising airflow. Ceiling installs require Envisivent ceiling clips.

Engineered to replace a cover over a 20" × 30" wall cavity (where applicable), this model installs like trim: fasten the satin-coat galvanized frame to 1/2" or 5/8" drywall, tape and mud the perimeter, then sand and paint the triple fibre reinforced cement face so only the slot pattern remains. Four concealed magnets secure the removable panel for cleaning or filter changes. When filtration is desired, add 1" or 2" Air Filter Clips and choose a filter that matches the published slotted area for a proper fit behind the cover. Materials are moisture-, mold-, and water-resistant for long-term durability.

• Openings & size: drywall opening 20" × 30"; slotted area 17.875" × 27.875"; vent cover 20" × 30"; overall with frame 22.5" × 32.5".

• Slot size: approx. 8.43" × 0.313".

• Construction: satin-coat galvanized steel frame; triple fibre reinforced cement cover; magnetic, fully removable face; primed and paint-ready.

• Drywall compatibility: 1/2" or 5/8".

• Ceiling note: not suitable for ceiling installation without Envisivent ceiling clips.
