Removable Flush Mount Air Return, 30” x 8” (Duct Opening)

A large-format return that disappears so the architecture takes center stage. Envisivent’s removable, mud-in air return finishes perfectly flush and reads as four calm rows of slender horizontal slots—no plastic bulk, no visible screws, just clean, contemporary lines at scale. The magnetic, paint-ready face lifts away for effortless access and optional behind-cover filtration, delivering quiet luxury without compromising airflow or maintenance.

Sized to replace a cover over a 30" × 8" wall cavity/duct, this model fits a 29.5" × 10" drywall opening. The satin-coat galvanized frame fastens to 1/2" or 5/8" drywall; tape, mud, sand, and paint the triple fibre reinforced cement face so only the slot pattern remains. Four concealed magnets secure the removable panel for cleaning and damper or filter access. For filtration, add 1" or 2" Air Filter Clips and select a filter that matches the slotted area for a proper fit behind the cover. Note: not suitable for ceiling installation without Envisivent ceiling clips.

• Openings & size: duct/wall cavity 30" × 8"; drywall opening 29.5" × 10"; slotted area 28" × 8"; vent cover 29.37" × 9.625"; overall with frame 32" × 12.25" × 0.5".

• Construction: satin-coat galvanized steel frame; triple fibre reinforced cement cover; magnetic, fully removable face; primed and paint-ready.

• Drywall compatibility: 1/2" or 5/8".

• Ceiling note: ceiling installation requires Envisivent ceiling clips (sold separately).
