Removable Flush Mount Air Return, 20" x 20" (Drywall Opening)

Envisivent’s removable, mud-in air return finishes perfectly flush and presents as a calm field of slender horizontal slots—no visible screws, no plastic bulk, just clean, contemporary lines. The paint-ready face lifts off magnetically for effortless access and optional behind-cover filtration, delivering quiet luxury without compromising airflow or maintenance. Ceiling installs require Envisivent ceiling clips.

Sized for a 20" × 20" drywall opening, the satin-coat galvanized steel frame fastens to 1/2" or 5/8" drywall, then tapes, muds, sands, and paints in for a seamless finish. The removable cover is triple fibre reinforced cement board, primed and ready to paint; four concealed magnets hold it securely while allowing quick removal for cleaning or filter changes. For filtration, add 1" or 2" Air Filter Clips and select a filter that matches the slotted area to ensure a proper fit behind the cover. Manufacturer data lists a finished slotted field of 17.75" × 17.75" with an open vented area of 120 sq in.
