Removable Air Return Vent 16” x 16” (Drywall Opening)

A return that disappears so the architecture takes center stage. Envisivent’s removable, mud-in air return finishes perfectly flush and reads as two quiet rows of fine slots—no plastic bulk, no visible screws, just clean, contemporary lines. The paint-ready face lifts away magnetically for effortless access and optional behind-cover filtration, delivering quiet luxury without sacrificing airflow.

Sized for a 16" × 16" drywall opening, the satin-coat galvanized frame fastens to 1/2" or 5/8" drywall, then tapes, muds, sands, and paints in so only the slot pattern remains. The cover is triple fibre reinforced cement board—primed and ready to paint—with four concealed magnets for secure, tool-free removal. For filtration, add 1" or 2" Air Filter Clips and choose a filter that matches the published slotted area for a proper fit behind the cover. Note: ceiling installations require Envisivent ceiling clips.

• Face design: two rows of 20 straight slots (40 total); open area >75 sq in.

• Dimensions: drywall opening 16" × 16"; vent cover 15.875" × 15.875"; slotted area 14.05" × 14.05"; overall 18.375" × 18.375".

• Slot size: approx. 6.51" × 0.29".

• Construction: satin-coat galvanized steel frame; triple fibre reinforced cement cover; primed, paint-ready.

• Access & install: magnetic, fully removable face; installs with 1/2" or 5/8" drywall; wall use by default—ceiling clips required for ceilings.
