Envisivent Permanent Flush Mount Air Return delivers a seamless, mud-in return grille that finishes level with drywall for a quiet, architectural look. Sized for a 20" × 6" duct opening, the face disappears once taped, mudded, and painted—no visible frames or screws—so walls read clean and intentional across design-first residential and commercial interiors.

This paint-ready return installs in a 24" × 10" drywall opening and aligns to a 20" × 6" duct or wall cavity. The primed, triple-fiber reinforced cement board is moisture, mold, and water resistant, with machine-beveled edges for a refined perimeter that resists cracking after finish. A slotted field measuring approximately 20.5" × 6" provides generous free area for low-velocity return air; verify airflow and filter access in your HVAC plan. The panel is designed for 1/2" or 5/8" gypsum and is intended for wall use; feather compound to a level finish, then paint with the surrounding surface so the return recedes into the architecture. Professional installation is recommended to ensure square framing, smooth finishing, and proper integration with adjacent details.
