Envisivent Permanent Flush Mount Air Return delivers a seamless, mud-in return grille that finishes level with drywall for a quiet, contemporary look. Sized for a 14" × 8" duct opening, it eliminates bulky frames and visible fasteners—once taped, mudded, and painted, the face reads as part of the wall for a composed, architectural result across living spaces, corridors, and design-first commercial interiors.

This paint-ready cover installs in a 16" × 11" drywall opening and sets flush with 1/2" or 5/8" board using standard tape, mud, and sand steps. The face is manufactured from triple fiber reinforced cement board for stability and is primed to accept finish coats, producing a durable, crack-resistant perimeter once integrated. A horizontal-slot pattern provides over 41 square inches of open area to support low-velocity return air; confirm airflow requirements against your HVAC plan and locate filter access accordingly. For best results, frame the opening square, feather compound to a level-5 finish, and paint the cover with the surrounding wall so the return disappears into the plane.
